Returns

The majority of my creations are Made to Order (MTO) so Returns will be accepted only where items are found to be faulty. A full refund of the item cost will be issued on receipt of the returned item. I do not refund P&P.

Items to be returned must be unused with tags attached. 

Return must be notified within 7 days of receipt and returned within 14 days.  Return postage to be paid by buyer, sent by tracked post.
