Postage & Delivery

Postage Costs
In the UK a Free Standard Delivery option is available for any transaction over £40 by applying the coupon code UKDEL  at checkout.  Transactions below this amount will carry a charge to cover costs.  
International Postage Costs are calculated on total weight of order and WorldZone. I do not make a profit on postage.

Please note I have no control of Overseas Customs Charges so buyers should check what will be applicable in their region before purchasing.

Delivery
**In all cases deliveries will be tracked.** 

UK Standard Delivery is via Evri Courier Delivery and a tracking number will be provided.  Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days from date of dispatch. 

The option of Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed is also available - the delivery aim is 2-3 working days, but  please note that this may be disrupted due to the impact of Covid 19.

International Deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - the delivery aim is 7-14 working days - this has been disrupted during the Covid outbreak so delays are likely

Packaging
I find the level of plastic pollution terrifying, and I do my very best to limit the impact GlesgaChic has on the Planet. 
I have totally revised my packaging process and no longer use plastic mailing bags, I now wrap my cushion covers in tissue paper rather than plastic and I attach my tags with string rather than the plastic tags I used to use.
In most cases packages will arrive in paper or cardboard packaging.  Occaisionally I will reuse plastic packaging I have received from a supplier.
